Contact these people and ask if you can visit to see their basements -- you will have more a through idea of his work. Ask for a complete detailed and written estimate of the cost of the project. Ask him what materials he will be using in the project. Your basement residential contractor should be able to give you an estimate time within which the basement remodeling will be completed.
